This Pizza Stone has a sturdy smooth ceramic disc design that absorbs excess moisture and distributes heat evenly so there are no hot spots, producing light crispy crusts just like an authentic brick pizza oven. It includes a convenient aluminium slider to prepare your pizzas on and to carry to and from the BBQ.

Care Instructions: 

• To clean - scrap off food residue and once stone is cool, run under hot water while lightly scrubbing with a brush, then rinse and air dry the stone. 
• Do not use detergent and do not place in the dishwasher
