In Marcigny, a small town in Burgundy, Emile Henry makes the finest quality ceramic ovenware, bakeware and gourmet cooking products from the local clay using their proprietary state-of-the-art manufacturing process.

A new addition to the Bread Collection, the Ciabatta Baker will help you master perfect airy, ciabatta at home with it's unique moist texture and chewy inside. The lid traps steam during baking to replicate the environment of a steam-injected oven which allows the bread to expand fully, and also creates a crisp, crunchy crust.

Care instructions:

• Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand
• For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar
