The Balti originates from Baltistan in Northern Pakistan. Le Creuset's enameled cast iron Balti dish features a flat base for use on the hob. It can also be used under the grill or in the oven. As the name suggests, it’s perfect for cooking aromatic curry dishes but let your imagination run wild as there is so much more you can do with it.
